Enrollment process:
1. Contact the Executive Director at 816-472-1855 ext. 1 or toll-free 1-877-628-5560 or by e-mail ntrc@crn.org to discuss NTRC’s ability to meet your needs.
2. Complete and mail the enrollment forms, including the page requiring a physician's signature to NTRC, P.O. Box 1267, Kearney, MO 64060. To download the enrollment forms or complete then online, click on all three forms.

3. Once the completed forms have been received, you will be contacted to schedule an assessment visit at NTRC. The assessment will last approximately 45 minutes and will include a licensed PT, OT, or Speech/Language Pathologist and a certified therapeutic riding instructor. Scheduling, procedures, goals, and all other issues concerning classes will be discussed during the assessment.
